Volunteers - working in many different ways - provide valuable support to IHOS, helping to realise fully-staged productions, and contributing to the management of a performing arts company. The volunteer program also contributes to the education and access aims of IHOS, by creating opportunities for people to develop their skills and interest in contemporary music theatre and opera.
