Rivulet Project
In association with South Hobart Primary School
Our Rivulet
This project is about place, an element of landscape - the Hobart Rivulet - which is unique to the environment of South Hobart Primary School (SHPS).
In this project Grade 5 and 6 students at SHPS will work with Coral Tulloch, visual artist and Constantine Koukias, composer and Artistic Director of IHOS. Both artists are at the leading edge of contemporary arts practice. Students will explore and reflect upon the Rivulet, and create visual art, text and new music in response.
The project will also support the students to digitally document the creative process, and produce a short film and create a DVD for distribution to the school community.
